Pernod Ricard joins bartenders with their sights set on a sustainable bar world. The BarShow stage will feature Simon Darveniza of Pernod Ricard Japan to introduce Pernod Ricard's proposal for sustainable bartending and cocktails.

The Japan Gin Association Awards the title of ‘Gin Guardians’ to those who have contributed to the spread and development of Japanese gin.
