Paid Tastings at the Venue

　Annual Bottles at the Tokyo International BarShow 2023 will be limited to paid tastings. No bottles will be available for sale. We very much wanted to offer Annual Bottles to our guests who have been looking forward to them, so we decided to offer paid tastings.

‘Ichiro’s Malt CHICHIBU’ 2015 Madeira Wine Cask 700ml 62.9%

Aged in madeira wine cask for an elegant and diverse flavor. Complex notes of fig, dry orange and black tea harken back to raisins on the stem for a long-lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The rich layered flavors transform from one to the next bringing out the quality of this dignified Chichibu to the pleasure of the connoisseur.

‘Ichiro’s Malt & Grain’ Single Cask World Blended Whisky 700ml 59.4%

The flavor derived from thick sherry barrels makes an impression with a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of raspberries and mulberries. The refreshing oak aroma emits a sense of harmony much like taking a deep breath in the forest. The full and complex flavor blossoms in the mouth. This one is to be enjoyed not only straight up, so feel free to try it on the rocks and other styles.

Single Malt Japanese Whisky From SHIZUOKA DISTILLERY 700ml 64.8%

Robin Tucek of Blackadder hand selected these single casks at Gaiaflow Shizuoka Distillery specifically for the Tokyo International BarShow. This is the first time for bottlers to age for five years. Only domestic malt is used. It was distilled in Still K relocated from the Karuizawa.
